What do you charge for shipping and handling?

Nothing! All orders are shipped via UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service FREE to our customers. Oh ya.....No hidden handling fees either. NOTE: Any item that weighs less than one pound will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

Once your order is shipped and depending upon where you live and what shipping method was used, it is normally 2-7 days.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.

Sorry. We are not currently accepting orders outside the continental US.

Receipt of Purchase / Order Confirmation

After filling out and submitting your order, two things will happen: your order confirmation information will display on screen and the same information will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please take the opportunity to print off the order confirmation for future reference.
Your product will be shipped the same business day if the product is in stock and if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. (noon). The confirmation number that displays after completing an order is your record of your order. You must retain a copy of this number for your records. If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while in transit the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of purchaser.

Equipment and or Parts that have been installed are not returnable. All products still in their original shipping container that have not been opened or installed may be returned, with authorization approvable from our parts department within 10 days from purchase date. Final sales are excluded from our normal return policy. $8.95 fee may apply to substitute orders.
Installation instruction is intended for use only by skilled technicians who have the proper tools, equipment, and training to correctly and safely add equipment to your vehicle. These procedures should not be attempted by "do-it yourselfers." Please contact a sale representative.

Final Sales

Final sales are clearly noted at the time of purchase. Final Sales are non-refundable. All painted products or custom components are considered final sales. Non-current model year accessories are consider final sales.

Incorrect Orders

If Hondapartswarehouse.com ships an order incorrectly, WE WILL correct the mistake or refund your money. If the purchaser orders a product incorrectly from our web site it may be returned to hondapartswarehouse under the following circumstances.
- As long as the product purchase has not been installed or damaged in any way.
- The purchase product is in its original shipping container and in saleable condition.
- Purchaser must pay shipping and handling charges of product back to Hondapartswarehouse.com prior to return.
- Purchaser gets an authorization approval code from Hondapartswarehouse.com. 8.95 fee may apply to substitute orders.
It is within 10 days from the date of original purchase. No exchanges or returns are allowed after 10 days unless prior authorization is provided.

All of the genuine Honda Parts and Accessories we sell are covered by Honda's 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty.Electrical items must be returned to us for warranty coverage.All warranties only apply to the parts installed on the listed year and model of US market car within the US. There is no warranty coverage of any type for items that are removed from the US installed on non-US vehicles. Items installed on models or years that they are not listed for are not covered by any warranty.
